Custom made RULACOUTURE Abayas and Kaftans 

Due to our items being custom made in Qatar, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items that are custom made.

If there is an issue with your order please contact us at the soonest and we will aim to resolve this as best we can. 

All other items 

We may offer a refund or exchange on items that are not custom made within 7 days of delivery. 

Items must not be worn, have any evidence of this and all tags must still be on the items and returned in the original packaging. 

The cost of the return will be borne by the customer. Returns must be sent tracked. Eligible refunds could take 5-10 working days to return to your original payment method but these timeframes depend on your bank and are beyond our control. Refunds will not include shipping costs. 

To initiate a refund, you must contact us first for a refund request. If we approve the request we will send you instructions on how to return your item. It remains at our sole discretion whether or not to accept a return.
